I've looked at so many and can't do a single one so far because they are incomplete...what I mean is, for instance P Sharpe's "Planet Earth" Tut looks pretty simple and easy...but I can't do it because he doesn't tell you how to "Check starfield and delete the ground plane." I'm assuming it's because it's pretty basic knowledge, but not to the newbie.....so are there any tutorials for the newbie that tells you how to do these things? Thanks for any help!

Well, Deleting the ground plane and the Skylab controls are documented in the manual. I do have some tutorials I have written up that are pretty straight forward. That's the bad thing about tutorials though, they assume that you know how to do things. I've ran across advanced tutorials that are incomplete even, and that's really something that I loathe. Check out http://www.brycetech.com http://www.pussreboots.pair.com/ Also, get Susan Kitchens Real World Bryce 4 Book...it's VERY Straightforward and will help you out tons Best Regards, -Matt

Hey man I tell you where I learned from:: www.petersharpe.comDigitalArtist posted Mon, 12 March 2001 at 11:43 AM
He/she said they had trouble at Peter's site, I've contacted him about making tuts more UF to beginners. His tutorials assume basic knowledge...so I don't think that's what they're lookin' for :) Matt

The best tutorials I found when I was learning how to use bryce were the 2 in the bryce manual, they teach many of the basics
