Is this boot and texture.... Yes I'm still looking. Please, please, please, won't someone make them? :) Even just the untextured model will do. I've never textured anything, but I'm willing to give it my best try ... but I don't even have a model to work with.

Well........since we are asking for shoes....I would very much like to find something like this. I could even use the one that Acadia is looking for......I just need something that is similar, only I don't want the "pointed toe". (:

I have a pair of shory, lace, lace-up granny boots for V3 (I don't think the tongue's that long) that you could probably retexture and add a feather or some such prop for the tongue. I can't figure out where I got them from and Poser safely lives on the PC with no Net connection. Maybe someone else will remember them, too.

Hi, I think the ones you are referring to are the granny boots at Poser Pros (see link). Those are great and I do have those, but I am wanting the style that is in the picture.

I sent bjBrown a PM and he answered. He hasn't modelled shoes before, but he's going to try and make me just the untextured model and I'll try texturing it. I've never textured anything for Poser, so it should be an interesting experience. If he can't make them, he said he'll let me know. In that case I'll keep on posting and looking and asking. So we'll have to wait and see how this turns out for the time being.

Thanks for the suggestions :) However, I've been asking around for weeks at various sites (forums and in PM), and even in the product showcase forum here (because I know not all merchants check the wish forum), trying to get someone to make them. Pizazz at Poser Pros made some gorgeous victorian texures for the granny boots, but because of a problem with the boot vertices, was limited in the directional application of the texture. I believe she uploaded them to her store as a pro pack item if anyone would like to get them. Pizazz's textures are very pretty, but I have my heart set on the style of boot with that exact ornate texture, that I fear nothing short of having that boot with that ornate pattern will do, LOL Yesterday bjbrown agreed to try and make me the base model. I've accepted his kind offer and will wait and see how he makes out. If he can't, then I'll do some more asking around.

Please let us know if they are ever available--they are really beautiful. That looks like the kind of texture Renapd and Karanta would make. A good bump and/or displacement map would really bring out the details. Keep us posted, please.
