The link (104KB) is a PZ3 file with a the remains of a simple figure I created in 3DS Max. I isolated the problem to this part of the figure, and removed all the other parts. When I try to open this PZ3 file, (or any Poser file containing this figure), Poser displays a totally blank screen (except for the menu bar) and shows the hourglass. Eventually, the hourglass becomes an arrow but the screen remains blank. Apparently, something is there, because when I get out, Poser asks me if I want to save the file. However, nothing ever shows up. I'm also able to import this Poser scene into a new Poser file. What's bizarre is the figure works perfectly fine with Poser on a different computer (which is older and slower). Both computers use the same screen resolution, though the non-working one has a 19" screen and the working one has a 17" screen. Here are the specs on the computers: -NON-WORKING Pentium Pro, 700 MHz, 255 MB RAM, 20.5 GB of disk space remaining, Windows 98, Version 4.10 - WORKING Pentium II, 200 MHz, 64MB RAM, 586 MB of disk space remaining, Windows 95, 4.00.95e Both computers use a screen resolution of 1024 x 768, 16-bit, high-color. Thanks in advance. azl
