Came across this article which makes interesting reading especially for those wondering about composition and focus. Interesting articles all through site I recomend the one for using a grey card too.

i was just thinking of making a whole page full of unsharp pics, they sometimes comunicate feeling better then sharp ones, and you have the thought they are unsharp because the subject was not allowed some how, censored by chance so to speak lol.

Much of this goes back to ones "definition" of photography. The shot above by ysvry is a good example of non-focus and in that thumb shot, it works well for me. Very good link...thanks.
