I'm looking for a retro kitchen table. http://www.barsandbooths.com/bandbdonnaskitchen.htm http://www.50sdiner.biz/tables/four-place.html http://www.50sdiner.biz/tables/six-place.html I've found lots of tables, but none with the 50's/60's look."It is good to see ourselves as
others see us. Try as we may, we are never
able to know ourselves fully as we
are, especially the evil side of us.

angry with our critics but will take in good
heart whatever they might have to
say." - Ghandi

I'd be interested. I like kitchen furniture of all kinds. But yes, please complete the set by adding a table. ;o) I use Poser 6 with SR2. The colors don't matter at all as long as there are material zones and that it is mapped so we can add our own textures. Thanks!

Is it just me, or does the Cinema 4D interface look a lot like trueSpace?
Richard T posted Mon, 28 November 2005 at 7:22 AM
Keep an eye open. Should have the chair uploaded, as a Poser prop, in in about 8-9 hours. Will let you know when. Table will be a bit later. Goodnight.

That brings back memories! Great Stuff Little_Dragon & Richard_T L_Dragon, Looks can be deceiving. The Workflow is quite different. Maybe it's the colors & icons that remind you of TS's interface. C4D has a lot more tools & is more intuitive(IMHO). Regards! Marcus

Wonderful table LD...also looks like the one we had when I was a babe. It amazes me how you guys whip things up so fast and yet so realistic looking...Great job!

You guys are awesome! Thanks Richard. I also would be interested in that chair with a table too. Colours don't really matter, but red, white or yellow vinyl were pretty traditional back then.

Hi, The chair is up. Material zones are: Plastic(Seat and Back), Trim. Chrome and Black (feet)so it will be easy to apply whatever colours you like. the 2.7MB zip has both P4 and P6 versions. The one shown is like the ones we used to have in the 70's - colours a bit more muted. Enjoy. L_Dragon: I have found C4D very easy to learn, as a matter of fact it is one of the better, and most expensive!, programs I have ever owned. Have used, not very sucessfully, Imagine (Amiga), Inspire - Ray Dream Studio and Carrara. RichardFrancemi posted Mon, 28 November 2005 at 4:16 PM
Thank you Richard! Very well done as usual. ;o)
