yes, to me it looks like he is chioking her. maybe lower his and her hands so that the camera is not in line with the neck

LOL! @ bandolin. Actually it looks like a tender, passionate slow motion type moment and they're maneuvering into position for him to give her a long slow kiss on the lower left side of her neck...yeh, that's the ticket! :D Also they both look stoned. Sorry, couldn't resist the pun. :)
