Hi Just a little question .... If a merchant have a offer in there store saying buy one and get one for free , and you buy one of there items, write t the merchant and make a deal about the bonus item and the merchant aint sending you the bonus ... what is the costumer suppose to do ??? I have written to the merchant several times on email and once on IM, and I get no response what so ever , and I got a message back on the IM that the merchant had got my IM ! Hope really to get a useful answer here, cuz I have been very patience now, both it have taking almost a month now, and my patience is very low now !! Ciao, DV
