Anyone else experience long page load times and error messages today?

I have so many probs with my ISP at the moment I can't tell what are RR probs and what are not.

Oh man! Im going nuts here! Ive never seen RR is such poor shape. Takes me 5 minutes for every comment i make to go through...and most of the times i get error messages.

How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

is the move to PHP in the Marketplace has begun
which is tying up the servers..
& it won't get much better until it's done
