Subject: Postwork Tip in Photoshop

Hi All I thought I would share the way I Dodge and Burn for my postwork in Photoshop. I you just use the tools on the image you lose allot of detail but if you make a new layer above the image and fill it with 50% grey and then convert the layer properties to OVERLAY use the Dodge tool on this layer with the opacity reduced for the brush and use the Brush tool to paint in black for Burning with the brush opacity turned down. I find this allot better see what you think Regards Keith

And probably other programs that use layers. Good tip. :)

Hi Dianne thanks for your reply glad you like it. I only use Photoshop so I cannot comment but it would be cool if you could do it with others too. Regards Keith
