I was trying to convert Casablanca coat to fit V3, I inflated smoothed etc only to find it was making it smaller so I inflated only which still left hught holes. Notice shoulders very hard to get any reduction or smooth. Any suggestions, I included a pic render so far it also decided to do freeky stuff sure its my use of WW. Rowlando

This is easily fixed by adjusting the fall of zones in the joint editor WW comes with a very good tutorial video on how to do this

The WW tutorial videos are excellent, but alas, my ability to atually carry out the processes ... falls far short. Doh.

Also remember that there is a full suit of smoothing tools available. Try "Smooth" --- "Smooth More By Material" on the coat. This will include the edges in the smoothing routine.philc_agatha_white_on_black.jpg

I've had similar problems with other items. Adjusting the joint fall-off zones is better done without the V3 figure. Save the coat into the Figure Library, of course. You can then try the arm motions to see what causes the spikes to appear, and you avoid adjusting the wrong figure. Save often. Once you've cleared up the spiking, you can bring in Vicky again and conform the coat to her. Inflate and Deflate will work in any pose, but I've found that Smooth and Autofit need the figure and clothing to be in the zero pose. It depends on the end result you want, but you may get a better shape to the waist and hips if you give Vicky a different shape during the actual conversion. For instance, enlarging the waist a lot, and the hips a little, would give a different hang to the final result, and avoid poke-through of another garment.
