Poser is not a modelling program so it cannot be done here. You will need to export this object into a modelling program and alter it there.

the padded shoulders are probably an intentional design feature of that item of clothing. a pair of carefully placed magnets/zones might reduce them, but that might ruin the cut of the jacket. some of the smaller pointy bits might be eliminated in an anti-aliased and smoothed render.

Try the smooth operations.

This is a wardrobe wizard modeling program for those who know how to use it, smooth opertation dose not fix it. any other suggestions Rowlando

Smooth by group. Click on the individual parts and click 'smooth all'. This is a VERY rough conversion. What character did you convert from/to?

From M3 to V3 I tried smooth by individual parts and no good, I thought it I could get rid of those spikes I could smooth it OK. Rowlando

Perhaps you should post in Phil's forum. He and Kamilche post there the most when it comes to WW.
