Poser is not a modelling program so it cannot be done here. You will need to export this object into a modelling program and alter it there.

the padded shoulders are probably an intentional design feature of that item of clothing. a pair of carefully placed magnets/zones might reduce them, but that might ruin the cut of the jacket. some of the smaller pointy bits might be eliminated in an anti-aliased and smoothed render.

Smooth by group. Click on the individual parts and click 'smooth all'. This is a VERY rough conversion. What character did you convert from/to?

From M3 to V3 I tried smooth by individual parts and no good, I thought it I could get rid of those spikes I could smooth it OK. Rowlando
