Could be that the specular settings need adjusting, could be that the corneas (if there are any) are opaque and hiding the other eye surfaces. Go to the Surface palette, select the Cornea material (if there is one) from the list and see what the Opacity setting is: if it's 100% try setting it to 0%. If that isn't it, and if the irises are visible in preview but not in renders, try selecting the eye materials, go to the Advanced tab of the Surface palette and turn the Specular strngth down and/or the Glossiness up.

Well I tried that it worked to get some interisting eyes, but when I rendered it,the figure turned white and the eyes looked like black linsed glasses. so I dont know,I give up on that one.

Mayadolls have a different eye construction to say aiko or vicky, it's a 3 layer ball, idea is you set outer layer almost transparent, middle layer slight transparency, inner layer opaque. She'll import into studio with overly high specular strength like all poser content, select all the textures and crank the specular strength down to 70% before even attempting to tweak any of her texture settings. Although the latest version of MD is listed v3uv, that only applies to the skin surfaces, nothing else. Becarefull what mat presets you use, load textures by hand if you can. Then save as a MDV3UV specific studio mat preset.

Ps. Mayadoll eye textures are 3 eyeballs side, not the single square v3 style, easy to make, but if you use the v3 tex it will look insane. You could try downloading the MD propeye freebie from studio maya, replacement eye props that use v3 style eye textures and come with a fair selection to get you started.
