No idea but it is indeed a very cool look.

I have the set, and I'll take a look....

I set up as you did with the default IBL SUN RIGHT light in Poser 6. I dont get that effect. However I did change light sets from the IBL to the "old" light array type set and got the effect you posted above. I say its the way this wonderful texture interacts with the lights.

A few things I wonder about: The specular color is black, the specular value is 1.0000 and the highlight size is .3000 I doubt you want "black" highlights - try either setting the specular value to 0.0000 or change the color of the specular color and see if that doesn't address some of the darker areas of wierdness. For the lighter areas of wierdness I'd experiment with less bright colors for the sheen on the skin node. I'm just guessing, but these may be worth looking into. Unzipped

Something that changed in the Skin node between P5 and P6 gives odd results with old lights (see linked thread).pigfish9 posted Thu, 22 December 2005 at 10:29 PM
You might also try changing the sheen color in the skin node to a light shade of the texture color instead of the more caucasian peach default. The odd sheen on the texture in the render definitely has a peach hue.

I had a similar problem with Tawnie. The texture is older and not for P6. P6 does weird things with some older textures.

An easy fix would be to load a simple skin (V3with a simple color texture node). Then swap out the skin to Tawnie. Save Torso, head, teeth, eyelashes to Material library. Double click them onto all body parts...Back in poseroom, click on eyecolor from Tawnie matpose. Then save this as a new CR2. Now you have a simple texture. Or, In matroom...delete imagemap3 and skin node. Then set ambient and diffuse value to 1.00. Repeat or use library save (above). The alt diffuse node setup(Tawnie above) does not fly with all light setups.

I may have to do that Richardson or reinstall P5.... Beautiful as she is she wont cooperate. Ive tried IBL, tweaking the nodes. Everything everyone suggested didnt seem to help and some made it worse. Course I cant garentee im 100% correct on everything I did as I am just now getting into the learning phase of the material room. Thank You Everyone!!

A screenshot of your Render settings might help spot the problem.
