The following is a copy of the email I sent to: support@digitalcarversguild.com Hello I'm used to getting serial numbers sent to my e-mail; after a purchase, almost instantly. How long will this take? Toon Pro order number: RE... thanx, Edward ... since I have yet to receive a response, I am sending it again; here, as per instruction. I also send a e-mail to the list e-addy's at 3Dextract.

Edward,
Digibuy's mail server timed out trying to contact your mail server when you placed your order. I got your message this morning and if you still haven't received your serial number please let me know. The message I sent directly does not appear to have bounced.

Edward,
I just sent you a renderosity instant message. Respond to that and I'll send you the serial number back. I'll be around here for the next 20 minutes or so, after that I have a holiday party to go to so won't be able to respond until later tonight.
