are there any other character sets for V3 like "Danger" so that i can change the v3 face but no need to use morph targets? Especially for making her black, asian or older? I can buy from Renderosity but i can"t buy from Daz3d because of my credit card.

Almost any of 'em will do that if you don't use the INJ pose. Just use the MAT.

Trekkiegrrl (known as ernyoka1 here) has five free faces for V3 in the freestuff. I believe konan's Simona freebie is a stand-alone too, and includes textures.
