Looks like an IK effect. Did you turn off IK on the arms?
Jules53757 posted Tue, 03 January 2006 at 9:50 AM
Or are the fingers parented to the panty?

I don't see a problem. Oh, wait, you mean that hand? :) yeah, I'm guessing a parenting problem. I think I've seen that before.

I think she doesn't want to wear panties and that's her way of telling you that. LOL

It seams to change the finger's offset... some funky pose info in the panties?

hummm- open the panties in the setup room- looks like maby (?) some of the bones might be deleted or moved.

What figure is it ?
What's the outfit ?
What was it that caused the problem, applying an MAT or other pose ?, loading or conforming (part of) the outfit ?

AH! I've had this problem before! Do you have any magnets attached to the clothing??
Fazzel posted Wed, 04 January 2006 at 3:05 AM
I've had this happen to me. Save your file, exit Poser. Then start up Poser again and load your file. That should fix it. Somehow Poser gets corrupted sometimes gets corrupted while it is running and I guess needs to be reset.

Maybe her nail polish got stuck to her skin! :) I vaguely remember this happening once with a figure - have you been using the grouping tool? It looks like the fingers have been accidentally grouped to the hipbone. If none of the answers work, you could always make a poser comic entitled "My Girlfriend's A Harp".

I have seen this before.... but it happened before with conforming stuff. One time I managed to blow D3 to smithereens on the screen very similarly to that. When I conformed the Satanica_Gens to him! Then suddenly there was this very elongated and smeared D3 on the screen from one end of the screen to the other. Double check that parenting is not doing something unexpected and that its not conforming something wrongly. The best thing to do is remove the panties and save your scene once, close it, then restart Poser and then reload then try again with the Panties. I assume you used Conform (if they were a figure), if this happens again, I'd suggest asking the person who made the panties to see if there was an update. Greetings, Antonio

Looks like a bad cr2 hack with the nasty IK after effects. This will reappear again from time to time. On the next try,,, try having IK on/off 1st. Then load garment...

Dear Lululee, please think twice about Antonio's advice "The best thing to do is remove the panties" as boys will tell you anything. love esther

This looks like some sort of cross-talk. Which version of Poser are you using, lululee? I rather doubt I can solve the problem, but without knowing which version of Poser, and what the prop/conforming(?) clothing is, I have absolutely zero chance of helping.. Cheers, Diolma
