Attached Link: Kentish Village

I moved into the small Kent village of Horsmonden in Southern England about five months ago and when the sun appeared briefly the other day I grabbed my camera to take a few pictures. The picture of the oast houses and church will be better later in the year when the sun is higher and in a different position.

Lovely Jack - a typical Kent village :)

And every one said, 'If we only live,
We too will go to sea in a Sieve,---
To the hills of the Chankly Bore!'
Far and few, far and few, Are the lands where the Jumblies live;
Their heads are green, and their hands are blue, And they went to sea in a Sieve.
