I'm trying to do a Yakuza tattoo (with sleeves for the arms and legs). my problem areas happens to be the back hip-abdomen area where the map curves and splits. I can't figure out how to get image to conform enough to look like a full tattoo on the back. does anyone have suggestions? Joe

Do you try to do the texture for any of the unimesh figures (V3, M3...)? In this case you may want to try the texture convertor sold by DAZ. It translates textures from V3 to V2 (M3 to M2 etc.) and vice versa. As the textures for the Daz figures of the first and second generation are splitted on the sides you have a whole back/hip area to paint on (amd new problems on legs and arms ;o) ). After you've done with that you can convert the texture to fit Unimesh figures. The process is a bit lossy but if you aren't satisfied you can use the result as a template anyway.
I'm not always right, but my mistakes are more interesting!
And I am not strange, I am Limited Edition!
Are you ready for Antonia? Get her textures here:

seam guides will help, but the area will still be distorted.
