Are they working? I've been trying to get hold of a certain merchant for a week now, I've thus far sent 3 Im's. I know they've logged on but I'm not getting the "so and so has received your message" message. So I have no clue as to whether the merchant is ignoring me or if they simply haven't received the IM.
