Hi there, i have purchased two products and payed them with PayPal. I received a confirmation mail from PayPal that the money is send and i received a mail with the confirmation of the purchase from Renderosity but the downloads are not there. Order Number is: 111000620 Greetings Marko

Sorry about the inconvenience. Your order is ready for download. The system does not automatically mark split payments as paid. We have to do that manually for right now. We will get that resolved. Thanks for letting us know. Store Staff
