Well, they can take the info i've collected and use it however they like: I ventured to the site out of curiousity. I looked at every available category. The section for Poser contains 36 items, Maya has 1 item, and Max has 9 items. Otherwise, there was nothing else there. At all. The Forums list 16 categories without a single post. I find it interesting that you are required to Log In/Register when you click the "Contact Us" link at the extreme bottom. Even after having registered, the "Contact Us" merely provides an onsite comment textfield. For those of you not willing to, I registered to be able to explore a bit more deeply. It seems that beyond the "auction" aspect, there is an option to Buy Now. Brooklyn NY seems to be a popular location. Because every auction is by the same seller and PayPal is his/her only option. Here's a list of the merchants that produced the items: cmdcrtlesc gothweaver 3D Strike DM (Danie, marforno) Blackhearted Fenrissa spanki 3Dream visualsilence As Shanim adh3d danae Pretty3D motif akahastur the_hankster XTrinityX mariny cwolfe1971 elinz Bice Levanah Dantescanto If you're concerned for the actual product developers, it seems simple enough to contact them and let them handle it. Afterward, make regular trips to the site to see who they target next. Hope it helps, MCN

Hey, guys, Yes, the previous discussion was removed from the forum. We do not allow links to sites that procure Warez, and there is a full investigation into the site. Legal investigations take time, and we'd really appreciate it if you didn't link to the site. It will just drive more traffic there, and, frankly, it's not worth it. I know the legal system takes it's sweet time, but it works ;) MorriganShadow Poser Moderator

So is R'sity going to pursue the trademark violation? I'd love to see that happen (I think this is a crystal clear case of it, too, and I'm sure R'sity would win). Perhaps if the people/person running that site ends up having to PAY, they'll think twice about violating copyright and trademark in the future. :-) bonni
