In the e-mail I got, the password was repeated; try putting the word in only once.

TrekkieGrrrl posted Fri, 20 January 2006 at 3:38 AM

How long did it take you guys before the password showed up? I'm still waiting for mine :o(

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

I think they may send them out by hand. I got mine in a newsletter, since I'd downloaded from there before and they had my address already. I can't remember how long my first one took to come.

Putting the password in once did work.

I recieved my password for a purchase, paid for, but the
given password does not work. I have e-mailed and had no
reply. I don't want to sound bad, but if they are quick to
take my money at lest they could reply. I got the free down loads, they are great, but if this is the kind of service
I can expect I don't think this is a company to do bussiness
with. Is anyone else having problems.

skee the angry.
