Debbie told me 2 days ago that I could shop away because the download problem was fixed... glad I didn't listen. As a merchant this concerns me. Is this going to be fixed any time soon?

What type of problem are you having? The download problem that was happening was fixed. It was due to special characters in the zips name, and that has been addressed. If you can specify exactly what type of problem you're having, I can help. Deb
