Subject: Order # 111001161 nothing in zips!

I attempted to download the two packages I purchased, but when I opened the zip files, they contained nothing! I reattempted download with no luck, and now I've exceeded my maximum download limit. Please reset this order and let me know if the problem is on your end or my end. I don't think the individual merchants are to blame because these items were bought from different merchants. thanks, Linda B

Your download has been reset. Have you changed the end of the file to be named .zip? That may help. If it doesn't work this time, describe in detail what is happening...i.e. the download was successful? has anything changed on your end? Thanks! Mendy Hicks R'rosity admin.
