Same problem as a few others- just placed an order, couldn't connect to the download server and now have apparently exceeded the maximum # of download attempts. Please reset my downloads, account or whatever. Thanks.

I appreciate the reset, but am still getting the error about being unable to contact the server and have once again exceeded my d/l attempts with no success....

It shouldn't matter what browser a customer is using. This new shopping cart system DOES NOT WORK! Stop trying to work the bugs out at your customer's expense and put the old cart back.

Hi, Deb. That did the trick- I finally got that last purchase downloaded (on the first try since my post last night). I'm using good ol' Microsoft Internet Explorer (ver. 6-ish). For all its issues, it's the only browser I use. Hope this helps. :) T~
