Could you reset Order 111000992. Please :D I exceeded my downloads on one item and am on my last attempt of the other item. So I will be needing the whole order reset. On the bright side, it has nothing to do with the changes. Which I like btw :D Just my usual dialup problems. Thanks in advance. Michelle
