Subject: Double Purchases??

Since when does Renderosity's store not automatically prevent you from accidentally buying the same thing twice??? Since the new "look" happened, apparently, because that's what just happened. Do we have to RESEARCH all our purchases now? What's with this? Now your site is as bad as DAZ's. And how do I get a refund?

Hi Grordon, Please E-Mail the Order ID and product name to store@renderosity.com explaning that you made a duplicate purchase and the store staff will be happy to assist. Clint

Clint, I've bought 156 things from here, its very hard for me to know if I bought something before. Please urge whoever to restore this feature. It made me feel safer here.

Yes!!! I've purchased a great many items from Renderosity. Between those and DAZ purchases, PoserPros, and RDNA it gets extremely difficult to keep track. Renderosity was always the one I didn't have to worry about! 'Til now. Please restore that feature. G.
