Hi, My son would like to model some "Weapons" (existing - futuristic - sc.fi - ...). Is there someone who could give us some links to blueprints for that kind of stuff? We tried a Google search for "blueprints weapons" but got a list way too long to explore everything. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Why use blueprints rather then your sons imagination? or is it as a self learning thing to model from blueprints?. Try startrek.com for trekky blueprints, and starwars.com or the force.net for star wars ones. Also try refining the google search for specifics, for example, 'Heckler and Koch mp5 blueprints' will get you to a much shorter list.

This link has drawings for cars, planes etc. No fantasy stuff though, so far as I know.Gog posted Wed, 25 January 2006 at 3:44 PM
Pearce names a good site, the tutorials on suurland are good, they use 3ds Max but the technique is good in other packages too
