I'm still having a big problem with trying to purchase my shopping cart. It's been 3 days now. When I enter the 10% off coupon, I get a message that I don't have enough in the cart. The coupon is good for $20 and over. I've got around $36 total in the cart. If I try to purchase without the coupon, I get a message there is nothing in the cart and am then a "visitor" instead of "IceDancer" which shows up before the final form. HELP

Hi IceDancer, I apologize for the problems. What browser are you using? Deb

Netscape

I don't have netscape, so I can't try to duplicate the problem on this computer. I think someone at the office may have Netscape installed. By any chance are you able to try with IE or Firefox and let me know if you still experience the same problem? I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Deb

I tried it now with IE and it worked just fine. I have always used NetScape to purchase products here. I just don't understand why it's a problem now. At least I got what I needed. Thank you so much for the advice.

When I go into the office tomorrow, I'm going to bring this up. Ironically enough, you're the first person to report Netscape as your main browser. Not to fear, i'm sure the programmers will have some answers. I'm happy to know that at least we found a temporary fix in IE for you :) Thank you for the information, and for your patience! Deb
