Did you uninstall Bryce before your new install?
If you did, theres a good chance it went too but, before you start to screem, check your folder where Bryce was. (C:Program FilesDAZBryce 5.5PresetsMaterials) You may still have them there.

I have a database of web links to materials files. If you'd like, I can send you the URL's..it's tedious, but if you're like me, you might want to do some 'pruning' while you're at it..;) IM me and I'll send you the list..

The "default" textures for Bryce are installed with Bryce. If it was DAZ's extra "Content Kit" that comes with Bryce 5.5, you will have to re-install that. If they were textures you had created yourself, they could be gone. Like Marc said, check your folders first. Other than that ALWAYS backup, backup, backup. (In multiple locations) AgentSmith

All that AS said. I've backed mine up in my attic, refrigerator, 7 harddrives, a bucket of sand I use for fighting fires and an old WW2 Anderson Shelter(nothing to do with the Matrix)in my back garden.

Thx all. My computer crashed. The hard drive was fried. So dont think its going to be in the folder. (unless smoke coming from your hard drive is a good think). I'm a new bryce user not that many images. So i basiclly used the default materials. But i got bryce 5.5 downloaded. I has like NO texture wut so ever.
