while painting this image, I got very fustrated with the lion, because no matter how I painted the features he still looked like a childs toy... finally my sweet heart who is a leo, and loves lions looked at the image and said, his eyes are too high up on his head and entirelly too far apart...ya know...he's right... So I rescaled the eyes in adobe, and painted the missing areas back in, and he looked alot better, I'm wondering if any one can or has made morphs to do this within the poser program... what I'm looking for is a morph to lower the eyes, make them smaller on the x&y axis, and squish them closer together...is it possible?...or is post work the only way to de-stuff the lion?

I'm game to give it a try. I used Anim8or to create the Orc morphs on the P4lo res man and it worked out wonderfully well. Let me get hold of this tonight when i get home and I'll give it a try...

heyas; hmm, never thought of that one. :) that can be done rather easily with magnets. if you morph the eyes to move, however, they won't rotate properly any more. come to think of it, i'm not sure they'll still rotate properly if you use the trans dials, either. anyway, very cool pic!

Here's my attempt at creating a more realistic head for the P4Lion using Anim8or. I wish I could zoom in closer to individual points so I didn't pick up everything in the "capture" mode, but I still love the program. The new head is on the left, the old on the right. Hopefully, if I can figure out the Amapi, I'll be able to do a little better. As Bloodsong said, when this morph is applied, the eyes bug out. I did fix that though, by reducing their scale to 65% and centered them at +-8. The old head's eyes were centered at +-4. If you are interested in this at all, let me know. I haven't figured out how to create a web-site yet, so I can't post anything, but I'll gladly e-mail it to ya. TygerCub

DOH! I'm slow... long day @ work. The old lion is on TOP. The new lion is on the BOTTOM. ouch.
