Am I imagining things? It seems to me that there used to be some Poser props on this site for mixed drinks. Fancy cocktails. I seem to recall that there were two or three sets of them. I sure can't find them now, though. Searched on drinks, beverage, liquor, cocktail, etc... There is a set of 3DS cocktail glasses with liquid, but nothing in Poser format. Am I remebering wrong, or did we lose that artist?

Here's a nice set for sale. It's over at bbay by codeman. Haven't seen him post or heard mention of him for quite a while. Excellent stuff...by the way.

That IS nice! Kind of expensive, though. I might end up having to go that route. I just thought I remembered something like that on Renderosity. Little umbrellas, the whole shot. Thanks for the suggestion!

That store is a new one on me. Hmmm... Have to investigate further.

I have a few that I have modeled, if you haven't seen them already. Pilsner glass, wine glass, On the Rocks glass.

I think they were by the late Guitta Bertaud (Gebe), a very lovely lady who was the Vue forum moderator. There is apicture of the item in her RO Gallery. http://www.renderosity.com/gallery.ez?ByArtist=Yes&Artist=gebe

Yes, it was Ms. Bertaud's models that I was thinking of. I liked all the little details. The multi-colored straws, the lime slices, that sort of thing. You say she's passed away? What a shame. Such a talent.

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Oh, ho! Turns out that I DID buy one of Ms. Bertaud's sets, back when they were still available. It is sitting peacefully in my Vue 5 directories waiting for me to figure out how to get them into Poser. Since last July. DUH!! They slipped through the cracks big time. Thanks so much for remembering that it was "Gebe" who created those models! They're no longer listed on Renderosity. Since I don't use Vue much at the moment, it would have been a good while before I came across them. I wish I'd bought ALL of them when they were still available. Oh, well. I can fool with the textures to get different looks. Thanks again! Gordon
