I got this email offer about Manga Studio. I don't know anything about it. Before the offer expires, can ayone please advice. 1) how does it work with Poser output - any pics to show? 2) what does it do exactly? 3) in what is it different/more/less than the cartoon rendering options of software like Poser Vue or Carrara? 4) does it do only black and white or also colour? 5) are there other similar software on the market? thanks in advance

I have no idea how it works with Poser.

If I'm guessing correctly, Manga Studio is the new (english) version of CelSys' ComicStudio product. It's basically a professional comic layout programme. While it has the ability to import 3D objects, it's real strength lies in 2D.

Manga Studio is from e-frontier. There are a couple of threads about it in this forum, and in the Comics Corner forum. [Manga Studio released..... but what does it do for Poser users? by aeilkema on 1/25/06 16:51](http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?Form.ShowMessage=2556719)

thanks for the ailkema link. It was much informative. I know that Manga Studio comes from Efrontier. By mentioning the email offer I assumed it was obvious to the reader. Sorry that it wasn't understood.

Due to the childish TOS changes, I'm not allowed to link to my other products outside of Rendo anymore :(

Food for thought.....

Thanks for the review. Any chance of seeing some interface screen grabs?
