Hi all. :) I'm looking for anything you can think of (that's free) relating to a "rustic" farm/country setting. Barns, outbuildings, fences, tools, and any other misc props ... things that you might find laying around on a farm. Even an old rusty car up on blocks would be cool. I'm also looking for barnyard animals. I've done some extensive searching and have come up with next to nothing for these. :( I'm looking for cows, goats, chickens, sheep, etc. The only ones I've been able to dig up so far are: Cow - 3D Cafe Cow by hisayan - Poserclub TIA! For farm houses and barns and Silos etc. If you go to "Freestuff" here and search: Farm Barn You will find some farm related items. Also, if you go to the above link (Mystic Nights), and search the same words, you will find links to other sites that have farm related items.

Thanks very much Acadia. :) Hmmm ... looks like free barnyard animals are an endangered species. Hehe. ;) Most of those threads were for toon animals and paid items. I have Mystic Nights bookmarked and have done every search imaginable over the past week or so, and no luck. I did get the pig at 3D Cafe though! Not exactly what I had hoped for, but it might work. :) I have a few farm buildings and such ... just hoping that someone may be able to point me to something I've missed.

First place to go for animals is Vista Internet Products. The page linked here has a couple dozen barnyard mammals. There is also a page with "domestic birds" that includes chickens. I know, they aren't free, but they are worth the price. And since VIP has stopped taking PayPal, they should get a bit of traffic as a reward. And where else can you see a link that says, "Back to Main Chicken Page"?

Also, DAZ has a free barn in their stuff...you may have to poke around to find it but its a quality bit of work and the price is right.

ScottA made a free poseable cow back in 1999. He still has it backuped somewhere and maybe he can send it to you as he had sent it to me ? Hisayan's cow makes a nice bull for Scott's cow :)

Gerald Day has some farm stuff too.
