I sent an email to Store@Renderosity.com asking if I can have a refund on the MidnightFever - Lilly (V3 Character & Outfit) due to the copyright issues, MarketPlace Customer Support FAQ states that Email Support available 7 days a week.
E-Mails will receive a response within 24hrs. but as of yet I have had no reply and is now 30+hours
Please can someone look into it for me as there are other great items I could spend the money on.

There was a copyright issue with the character. If you haven't received your refund, please contact copyrights@renderosity.com Thanks! Deb

Hello, Well I had a mysterious credit in my account a while back so that might have been it, am I not supposed to use Midnight fever? Just wondering what the issue is and if I can use her still or not, do you have a link to any info? Thanks Anita

Yes, you should remove it from your system. Like I said Anita, you should contact copyrights@renderosity.com for all the information, because I'm not exactly certain. Deb
