Ok, I realize that this may be a sign that I need professional help, but....
I saw hoodwinked lastnight. You know, the red riding hood thing that's all done in 3d. So I, of course, spent the whole movie wandering about the kind of RAM it would take to render that much beautifully waving grass, untill we see one character, Boingo the Bunny. The fur on that critter was AMAZING! On further inspection, the fur on the wolf and the police bear were also fabulous. I was wandering if anyone had seen this and had any insight as to how the effect was acheived. I've yet to find a really good pic, but have a look at these.
Check the wolf's tail in this one, I thought it was the clearest.
