When logging on to renderosity and browsing I don't see the thumbnails and can't figure out if I've got a wrong setting. Am I missing something?

maybe your browser settings has changed not to display thumbnails

Did you try going the tool drop down on your browser and click on internet options? Go to Advanced, click restore defaults and then scroll down on your advanced tab and make sure - show image place holder is checked. Regards, Diane

Hi Mark, I put your question up to the Moderators and got a variety of suggestions to try. Here they are: "It's usually one of these problems. *Log out, purge your temporary internet cache and cookies, and then log back in. *Make sure your computer clock is correct. *(and the newest one) - Make sure you are not using a pop-up or ad-blocking program, OR make sure Renderosity is "allowed" in any pop-up or ad-blocking programs you may have running. FYI - The ad/pop blocker thing. This is caused by Renderosity's new way of having an image appear in a new window when you click on a thumbnail. I had it happen to me, when I had the ad-blocking portion of my "Zone Alarm Security Suite" activated." If none of these suggestions solves the problem, let me know with more details if there are any and I will ask for more help. ~Vivian

I think during high volume at Rendo' the thumbs fell to load. it has happened to me, but after waiting a short time they will load

that's happened to me too. i switched to firefox and it fixed the problem. if you are running firefox already, make sure the "load images for originating site only" in the content tab of the options isn't ticked. that is designed to block ads on websites, but also causes problems with such sites as Myspace, gamespy, and even google.
