I purchased this file tonight. I downloaded it and followed the instructions on how to decode the file with RTE encoder/decoder. I receive an error message with Version 1.01 of the RTE program, the Beta of the newest program does not work at all for saving the decoded file. Therefore I cannot use this file, and am not satisfied at all with my purchase. If thre is anything you can do to assist, I'd sure appreciate it, or would like a refund if you cannot help me solve the problem of an unusable file. Thanks, this is my first problem with any RO file.

Have you emailed Posermatic yet? He may be able to assist with it better since he's quite familiar with the process. Deb
