Its a little bit of Frankensteining but it works.

Thanks, Jules. Looks like a good challenge.

Are the only morphs you transferred from James to the Koji_J figure the abdomen, chest, and genital morphs?
LostinSpaceman posted Fri, 03 March 2006 at 7:30 AM
No, the entire FBM set except for the head and neck, Koji's neck, chest and right and left collars were the problem areas for transfering morphs to. Frankensteining the chest and collars from James to Koji fixes the major portion of the lack of morphs.

It would be soooo much easier if they actually just fixed him LOL

Here is one other thing I did Jules.
Once I had all the FBMs set the way I wanted them, I created a Full Body Morph of Koji_J.
A. Make sure the Koji_J Body is Selected.
B. FigureCreate Full Body Morph. Give it a Name you will remember.
C.Now, The Body will have a Dial named whatever you called it.
D. Go ahead and reset all of the previous FBM Dials to Zero.
E. Now you can increase or decrease the New Full Body Morph Dial to create what you want.
F. (+) Save the newest Koji_J
Cheers

Even with the Frankensteining you still need to apply some magnet work to his neck for a smooth transition from collars to neck with Hindsight's Massive Morphs.

Has anyone ever gotten word on if they will fix him?
Jules53757 posted Sat, 04 March 2006 at 2:09 AM
AFAIK, the original Koji doesn't need a fix, this is a special one for the rest of the world ;) Don't think that they will fiy him, look at the geometrie of Koji, for chest and collars he has only a little bit more vertices then James LoRes. So, this is not a bug, it is wanted.

Right .. But the Japanese one works though so that means it should be fixed :)

If they won't fix it they should give all owners of the American version a choice of which one they want IMHO.

I sent an E-mail at CP a few days ago, pestering them about the Face Room module for Koji (and another E-mail for the same for AM). They replied to the Koji one (and not to the AM one :-( ), saying they are working on it, and that it would be better to "reintroduce the product" (not the actual terms, but carries the meaning, the actual E-mail is on my home machine) as few times as possible so as not to create confusion. So I believe there is a real possibility that a fix for Koji is forthcoming (though exactly when is undetermined). Hubert Holin

Well, as promised, the fix for the neck and the head is available to complete the mesomorphs for Koji. The download is available inside the tut or here.
Have fun
