Hi, I just attempted to download the total hair complete package which I had purchased on March 5, 2001. It's gone. Will it be back again? I would like to download the latest version with the updates included before my 30 day download period ends. It's only March 28... that gives me 8 more days which the file should be available to me. Where is it? Regards, Doug

The product isn't gone, I think it's being updated. E-mail store@renderosity.com for help with orders. -Jeff

Yes, the hair is being updated. Having some difficulties with the upload. Hope to resolve today.
