I ordered an item about 45 minutes ago. I did send the e-mail with the PayPal Details as requested. My download is still not available - do I have to wait until Monday for this?

Hi, I just checked the store email, and don't see anything from you in there. Can you please try to send it again to store@renderosity.com. As soon as we get the email, we can confirm and activate the downloads, and no, you don't have to wait until Monday :) Deb

Still seeing "Download Pending". I have tested my e-mail by sending a test message to my company email account - that arrived within seconds. Is there another way I can get the details to you ... Chat perhaps?
