Yesterday I was with Magali (Laelia in Renderosity) and some friends, on the beach in St Laurent du Var, near Nice (France). There was incredible waves and so much wind. A beautiful day together ! Of course, seing the waves I thought to the Challenge, even if it's easy to shot wave.... This one was impressive. I hope you'll like it. Hugs to everybody. Nathalie

OH MY!!!! Those are some stunning waves Nathalie. I LOVE THE COLOR OF `EM!!! We just dont see water like this where i live...sigh...near Lappland. #;o) A most excellent entry!!!

How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

Perfect entry Nathalie I had thought of going to the coast to get waves but mine wouldn't have been as nice as these ones.

And every one said, 'If we only live,
We too will go to sea in a Sieve,---
To the hills of the Chankly Bore!'
Far and few, far and few, Are the lands where the Jumblies live;
Their heads are green, and their hands are blue, And they went to sea in a Sieve.

Any waves I shoot here would be dark greenish/black...I envy this beautiful color!

Thank you my friends for your comments. The waves aren't always so beautiful in our region. But sunday there where a lot of wind and a fantastic blue sky with some great clouds, then the color was incredible. Usually, when the sea has this extreme blu color, it's because the water is very cold (very cold here... means about 12.... lol). I've just adjust the contrast and levels, all is natural ! Have a nice day. Hugs. Nathalie
