Hi Folks,
I'm doing a fly-by animation uilizing the "point at" feature.
The object comes towards the camera and then past it, with the camera tracking the object.
I've noticed that the camera position actually changes during the flyby (moving physically closer to the object it's pointing at) this causes the focal length to change as well.
Is there a way to lock the camera position so that it tracks the object but doesn't actually change its' set location?

just an impulsive reaction: you could complete the scene in all respects and let the camera move, then go into dope sheet or graphs and delete the camera's focal length, y and z keys (except for the start position). That would let it rotate but stay fixed at one spot.

You could also try turning off "Animating" in Camera Controls.
