Nicely done! Only thing I would suggest is not so fast on the wording on some of the ads as some folks might not be able to read fast enough to catch all of it. (my husband's suggestion). Marque

Hi there I did like to see your work but i don't have quicktime installed and to be honnest i "hate" quicktime. 90% of the time i did have it installed i gave me troubles and errors. So i'm sorry no feedback from me. Chris

Actually you can download it and right click to open as a different type. I used windows media player and it worked fine. It is 21 megs, don't know if you have dsl, but that's the way I viewed it too. I also hate using quicktime, though I have to have it for work. Marque

http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/finalbuilds.htm If you go to the above link and down the page a bit you can find 2 softwares,QuickTime Alternative and Real Alternative which together with Media Player Classic (all free and open source) mean you can play anything WITHOUT having Quicktime, Real Player and so on installed.

I thought it did a good job of establishing that you can create "coolness." The only thing that bothered me was in the very beginning, when you have the red eye thing and the IKONOS text. The Eye started moving before the text blurred out so my initial reaction was that you'd gotton your timing messed up.

Too bad - wanted to see it. I have win/xp. Quicktime said "required compressor could not be found". Windows media player said "not support the codec used to compress the file". Winamp just sneered at it and said nothing. DivX said (perhaps the cleverest of all of them) "Mpeg4AtomFactory::parseAtom() dataSize 1024 exceeds parents size limit ..." It may be that one of the media players above can read it, but I am unable to justify loading a fifth one. Got I hate windows. Soundtrack is cool though.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

It uses the h.264 codec found in QuickTime 7 or later. You may have to update QuickTime but you shouldn't need another player.
