That would be Anton's New and Improved Dragon!  You can find it in Anton's section on bbay for an amazing $20! Follow the link I've included. I have Zygote's dragon, the Ultimate Dragon and Anton's and can DEFINATELY recommend Anton's! Ok... actually... I can recommend ALL 3 of them, they are all great dragons!

There's also a great dragon-like creature called a Wyvern at Poseworks. I think they're at http://poseworks.8m.com - there's a lot of good Poser stuff there too.
