Hey all Vue friends,
some know if i can render a picture at security camara style, like black&white with scanlines?

photoshop has filters to get the effect, for a still, i remember, i think, Cinema4 has a 'Filter' for post work on a movie/video...R

Try these links. They have free plugins for PS that will allow you to create that TV/camera look.
