The Dragon-of-Burden has been a popular product during the recent Dragon World promotion at DAZ. Yet, what good is all that raw power without a way to harness it? Well, now you can quite literally harness his powwer with the Dragon-of-Burden Accessory Pack! Seven (7) props and figures, designed to turn the 'DoB' (or 'Dobbin') into a useful worker. On Sale at DAZ for the introductory price of 7.96 until March 29! that's little more than $1 per prop! Look below to see what you'll get... ALSO, for those who didn't buy Dobbin before, (perhaps awaiting a set like this!), I've put him back on sale. However, the sale price on the Dragon-of-Burden itself is only good until March 22... Shop Early to avoid the rush! Here's what you get... ITEM #1: Just what every working farm animal needs, a Yoke (smart-parented to his neck)

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:25 PM

ITEM #2: To turn that lifting power into pulling power, a 2-Wheeled Cart, which hooks into the Yoke...

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:25 PM

'Load it up good' for those trips to the market...

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:26 PM

ITEM #3: for those larger loads, when a 2-wheeled cart just doesn't cut it, there's also a steerable 4-Wheeled Cart...

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:27 PM

Just great for those early-morning deliveries from the brewery to the tavern...

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:27 PM

ITEM #4: When you need a clear view of where your Dragon is going, there's also a Saddle, which cinches around the Dragon's chest.

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:28 PM

You get a commanding view from way up there...

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:29 PM

Fortunately, there are sturdy anchors built into the chair arms, to attach a belt or lanyard.

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:29 PM

By sitting up so high, the rider's legs don't get in the way of the Yoke, should you choose to use both tools at the same time!

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:30 PM

ITEM #5: If you need to ferry a group of up to 6 adults around, there's also a Bench Seat, similar to how passengers go for elephant rides at the amusement park in 'our' world... It's also got built-in anchors for seatbelts, as well as a leather-padded safety bar; and a bin in the middle, for carry-on luggage!

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:31 PM

Up to 3 adults can sit on each side of the bench...

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:32 PM

ITEM #6: Big as the Dragon-of-Burden is, there are some loads which are simply too big for a single Dragon to handle! for those times, there's a Double Yoke, worn by a team of 2 Dobbins.

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:33 PM

ITEM #7: What could be big enough to require such power? How about the final item, a Double-Dobbin, Double-Decker Megabus, for inter-village travel!

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:34 PM

It sure is big!

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:34 PM

The entrance is its own level - climb up the wooden entry stairs (which lift up and out of the way while in motion)...

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:35 PM

...deposit your luggage behind the stairs, then climb up to the next level.

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:36 PM

It's a covered level, with wooden seats for a couple of dozen riders, and brass railings to keep passengers from falling out!

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:37 PM

But yes, there are MORE steps going up even higher...

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:37 PM

...to the top level, great for fair-weather travel, offering a superb view of the countryside!

Colin posted Thu, 16 March 2006 at 11:41 PM

All of this can be yours for the low introductory price of $7.96 until March 29, at DAZ. Heck, it's STILL a steal at the regular price - under $10, even after the sale! And don't forget, the original Dragon-of-Burden figure is also currently on sale At DAZ, but only until March 22... so shop early, and shop often!!! Cheers!
