Subject: What would you do with this?

I had this image on my computer for a year now and never posted it because I don't know if it stands on it's own. I actually have three different comps of this. Every time I look at it I think there is something about it that strikes me but I don't know what it is.... What would you do with this shot?

Wow, you guys did some great stuff... I especially like the lips!!! I didn't mean this to be a DITI, but you guys were having so much fun I didn't want to interrupt... I just wanted some ideas on how the image could be inhanced or if it was worthy of a comp on it's own? But have fun, I like it!!!
