I have looked and looked and I can't find where to get Peter Rotten Tail....

He's in NWS Store, Rachel. He is free but you can get all sorts of addons for him in the store.

I tried to get him but the store keeps giving me a run around. I give the correct info and it just keeps looping with no results. Oh well, saves me money.

It keeps looping back to the same page when I try to create an account. I can't go any farther and yes I have all info filed. Probably a gremlin that's having some fun, again.

Are you absolutely sure you don't already have an account there? Sometimes when you try to create an account and you already have one with the same info, it will do that. Even if that is not the problem, usually it says on the page what info is missing or incorrectly entered. Sometimes you have to look very hard to find that info though. ;o)
