This is a disk of frozen Ice from my dogs water bowl standing on edge while pouring water down the side. Liquid in motion on frozen liquid. There you go!

How Cool.....I had one of these taken last year from a frisbee left out in the cold.But I like your stream of water on right.....Added to Challenge page
